The morning is a relaxed, friendly gathering built around ancient Hindu chants and their benefits for mental health - using chant to boost your mood and calm your mind. Everyone is welcome regardless of whether you have chanted before.
The programme starts at 8:45am, with Vishnu Sahasranamam chanting from 9:15am to 10:15am, followed by a Mental Health Awareness and Reiki sessions programme from 10:15am to 11:00am. Refreshments are provided afterwards.
Presented by the Hindu Council of Australia. Entry is free but registration is required, and registrations close on 6 September 2026. Parking is available at the back of the library. For enquiries, WhatsApp or text 0468 778 772.
