Indian stand-up comedian Kunal Kamra brings his show 'Standing Up' to Brisbane on Sunday 29 November 2026 at 7:00pm, playing The Sit Down Comedy Club at The Paddo Tavern in Paddington.
Kamra is one of India's best known stand-up comedians, and the Brisbane date closes an Australian run presented by the Indian Comedy Club: Perth on Saturday 21 November (Oasis Comedy Club, 292 Beaufort Street) at 7:30pm, Melbourne on Sunday 22 November (The Comic's Lounge, 26 Errol Street, North Melbourne) at 7:00pm, Adelaide on Thursday 26 November (The Parks Theatre, 46 Cowan Street, Angle Park) at 7:00pm, Sydney on Saturday 28 November (The Comedy Store Too, 122 Lang Road, Moore Park) at 6:30pm, then Brisbane on Sunday 29 November at 7:00pm.
Tickets are sold through TicketSearch, hosted by the Sit Down Comedy Club's own box office. Ticket tiers and prices are only shown inside the booking widget, so check there for what is left. The club's box office also takes enquiries and bookings by phone on (07) 3369 4466, Monday to Friday 10am-5pm and Saturday 1pm-5pm.
The Sit Down Comedy Club runs its shows at The Paddo Tavern, 186 Given Terrace, Paddington, a few minutes west of the Brisbane CBD on the Given Terrace/Latrobe Terrace restaurant strip, with tavern food and bar service available before and after the show.
