About This Class
The starting point for all new students aged 7+ and adults. This multidisciplinary program (two years for children, one year for adults) covers yoga and meditation, body alignment, and classical arts fundamentals including Bharatanatyam adavus. Foundations prepares students for specialised training in Bharatanatyam, Kathak, or Odissi.
