About This Event

Experience Flavours of India at Mid Week Eats

Give yourself a mid-week treat and venture into the colourful land of India and its diverse surrounds. Camco Engineering Mid Week Eats — Flavours of India is an immersive pop-up festival of exotic street food, cultural performances and music designed to delight your senses and bring the community together.

What to expect

  • A parade of Indian flavours from food trucks offering vegetarian, halal and gluten-free options (over a dozen vendors each week). Vendors accept cash and card.

  • Live stage entertainment and cultural performances to transport you across the subcontinent. (Line-up: watch this space — entertainment announced closer to the event.)

  • Family-friendly activities and free on-site programming to keep all ages engaged. (Activities: coming soon.)

  • Free entry for all attendees

  • Free activities and stage entertainment

  • Free drinking water

  • Free on-site parking including bike racks and ACROD at the nearby Riverton Leisureplex, plus some overflow parking

  • On-site accessible toilets

  • Dogs welcome on a leash

  • Some seating and furniture provided

  • Sustainability initiative: the event uses Go2Cup reusable serve ware to reduce single-use plastics — please return plates, cups and cutlery to the Go2Cup Station when finished
