About This Event
Probasee Bengali of Perth (PBP) presents Durga Puja 2026, "a celebration of culture, colour and spirit", across three days from Friday 16 to Sunday 18 October at the Shirley Strickland Community Pavilion in Ardross. Everyone is invited and entry is free.
The puja opens on Friday 16 October from 8pm to 10pm (Sasthi/Saptami). Saturday 17 October runs from 11.30am to 10pm with Ashtami Puja and Pushpanjali and Navami Puja through the day, followed by an evening cultural programme of music and dance. The festival closes on Sunday 18 October from 11.30am to 2pm with Dashami Puja and Sindur Khela.
The programme includes Devi Baran, Anjali, Arati, prasadam and food, music and dance. The organisers note that timings may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
