About the Workshop
The Cultural Kitchen Connection is a series of multicultural cooking workshops organised by the City of Ryde, bringing the community together through food and cultural exchange. The Indian Cuisine Workshop invites participants to learn authentic Indian cooking techniques, explore traditional spices and flavours, and prepare classic dishes in a hands-on, social setting at Station Street Hall.
What to Expect
This free workshop is part of a broader programme that includes Italian, Persian, Sri Lankan, and Korean cuisine sessions. It provides an opportunity to connect with neighbours, learn about Indian culinary traditions, and enjoy the food you prepare together. Suitable for all skill levels, the workshop runs from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
