About the talks

Chinmaya Mission Australia invites the community to a special 3-day series of inspiring public talks in English by Swami Shrikarananda, based on Chapter 18 of the Bhagavad Gita.

Lord Krishna concluded His discourse in Verse 63, and one might think the teaching is complete. Yet, out of His infinite compassion and love for Arjuna, He continues further. Just as a loving mother offers a precious parting gift before her child leaves home, Bhagavan Sri Krishna gives Arjuna the “secret of all secrets” — His supreme final teaching.

Through these profound verses, heard over the shoulders of Arjuna, attendees are invited to discover this final parting gift for themselves — a teaching that can make Arjuna’s journey, and our own journey through life, easier in reaching the Supreme.
