About This Event
Celebrate Diwali with an introduction to the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, the traditional Indian approach to health and wellbeing. Clinical naturopath and Ayurvedic practitioner Padi Fazelzadeh leads an engaging talk exploring how Ayurvedic principles can help create greater balance in everyday life, sharing practical insights into supporting wellbeing through mindful living, natural health practices and simple daily routines. Waverley Library describes it as a special Diwali program celebrating the connection between health, balance, light and inner wellbeing.
Padi Fazelzadeh is a clinical naturopath, Ayurvedic practitioner, breathwork and meditation teacher, and a senior instructor with the Art of Living Foundation.
