Marching Elephants Entertainment and The Laughter Factory present Sharul Channa: Sareeously Not Sorry at The Sit Down Comedy Club, inside The Paddo Tavern in Paddington, on Thursday 8 October 2026. Doors open at 6:30pm for a 7:00pm show.
Singapore's best-known female stand-up comedian comes to Australia for her first tour here with an all-new hour. Sareeously Not Sorry is billed not as a follow-up but as a thoughtful, entertaining deep-dive into identity, cultural expectations and the everyday experiences that connect us — from navigating tradition in a modern world to decoding the unwritten rules of society. Channa works with a brand-new set and fresh material, bringing her signature mix of observational humour, theatrical flair and relatable storytelling.
Tickets are $39.00 per adult plus a $3 per-ticket booking fee, $42.00 all up. The Sit Down Comedy Club is licensed and strictly 18+ — no admittance for anyone under 18, no free tickets, and Groupon-style vouchers are not valid for this performance. Seating is allocated by the club according to booking group size and the order bookings were made in, so you may share a table with other groups. Online ticketing closes four hours before showtime, after which any remaining tickets are sold on the door unless sold out. Filming may be taking place in the venue during the show.
