What you'll make: a custom face mask blended to your dosha using traditional Ayurvedic botanicals, with Dr Dhillon teaching you to read your own skin the Ayurvedic way so you can keep formulating afterwards; a nourishing hair and scalp oil built on classic Ayurvedic carrier and infused oils, plus the traditional scalp Abhyanga oiling technique; and a warm Ayurvedic beauty beverage, made and drunk in the session, with the recipe to take home.

Dr Aman Dhillon is a qualified Ayurvedic doctor who consults from The H Dispensary, working one-on-one with clients on skin conditions, hormonal balance and digestive health through the Ayurvedic lens of treating the whole person.
