Geeta Rabari - The Queen of Garba - Live in Melbourne 2026

Desi Utsav presents Geeta Rabari, one of the most celebrated names in Gujarati folk music, live on stage in Melbourne. The show runs from 7:00pm to 10:00pm on Saturday 1 August 2026 at Event Central at Caribbean Park in Scoresby.

Geeta Rabari has earned iconic status in Gujarati folk music through her powerful stage presence, her deep connection to folk tradition and a command of styles that blends folk roots with classical finesse. Expect a night of live Gujarati folk music and a festive garba atmosphere — a community celebration for fans of both traditional and contemporary Gujarati music, and a chance to see a renowned folk singer perform in person.

Tickets are sold through DryTickets. The Phase 2 release is on sale now at $40 for a single ticket and $175 for a group of five. A Phase 3 release is flagged at $45 single and $200 for a group of five. The Phase 1 earlybird tiers, $35 single and $150 for a group of five, have sold out. A 1.9% credit card fee and a 2.9% booking and handling fee are added at checkout, and there are no refunds or exchanges.

Children aged 8 and under are admitted free, which makes this a workable family outing. The event is presented by Desi Utsav, with Eco Solar Australia as presenting partner, Aussizz Migration & Education Consultants as co-presenter and Galaxy Entertainment as national promoter.
