Guru Poornima 2026

Shirdi Sai Sansthan Melbourne Inc marks Guru Poornima on Wednesday 29 July 2026 with a full day of observances at its Camberwell temple. The temple is open continuously from 7:15 am to 8:45 pm, so devotees can come for the morning programme, drop in through the day, or attend in the evening.

Guru Poornima is one of the temple's three major listed observances for the coming months, alongside Raksha Bandhan on 28 August and Shri Krishna Janmashtami on 4 September. The venue is the Sansthan's own premises at 32 Halley Avenue, Camberwell VIC 3124.

There is no admission charge and no ticket is required — all are welcome. The temple does take advance bookings for individual sevas and services through its website, including Abhishek, Car Pooja, Clothing and Langhar, so if you want a specific seva performed on the day it is worth booking ahead rather than turning up expecting a slot.
