Bright Events brings a brand-new Gujarati comedy to Melbourne. Patni Tari Bik Che, Baki Badhu Thik Che is a family entertainer built on witty dialogue, relatable domestic situations and unexpected twists, from the team behind the hit Gujarati plays Aaje Rokda Ne Udhar Kaale and Mrs. Mara Online Chhe.

Leading the cast is Ojas Rawal, familiar to audiences from Jhamkudi, Maharani and Rajadhiraj, backed by a supporting ensemble. The production is written by Imtiaz Patel, directed by Jaideep Shah and produced by Aasif Patel. The story turns on modern relationships, marriage, misunderstandings and the everyday chaos of family life, pitched at Gujarati families of every generation.

The play is performed in Gujarati and is listed as suitable for all age groups. Doors open at 6.30pm at the Kew High School Auditorium in Kew East and the show begins at 7.30pm. Tickets start at $35 for the Silver tier; a per-ticket booking fee may be added, so confirm the total amount before paying.
