Maestro Ilaiyaraaja, one of India's most prolific and celebrated film composers, brings his 50th-anniversary concert to Perth in a show celebrating the extraordinary musical journey of one of India's greatest composers.
The programme features his timeless classics performed with a live orchestra and renowned Indian vocalists, with melodies spanning generations. The Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre describes it as a world-class production intended to bring music lovers from across Western Australia together for an unforgettable evening.
The concert is staged in the Riverside Theatre at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre, 21 Mounts Bay Road, Perth, on Thursday 24 September 2026, running from 7:00pm to 10:00pm.
