Good Timing Ji - Stand-Up Comedy Solo by Karthik Kumar (Sydney)

In his fifth stand-up special, Good Timing Ji, comedian and actor Karthik Kumar returns with the sharp, observational storytelling that has made him one of the most distinctive voices in stand-up. Drawing on 25 years of navigating the unpredictable world of entertainment and the arts, the show is a journey through the highs, the lows and everything in between, built around one of life's great mysteries: timing. Karthik blends self-deprecating humour with razor-sharp insight as he talks about chasing a passion, bumping into obstacles at every turn and somehow finding the funny in all of it. The organisers describe it as positive, uplifting and laugh-out-loud funny, a celebration of resilience and reinvention, and hint that anyone who remembers Dr Vijay from Heartbeat will catch a few insider moments.
