Y2K Bollywood Party

Join a one-off 2000s-themed Bollywood night at Blackbird Cafe on Cockle Bay Wharf, featuring a non-stop Y2K-era Bollywood set that covers both blockbuster anthems and the deep cuts only the real ones remember, alongside cinematic visuals. The organisers describe it as a full-on throwback to low-rise jeans, bedazzled everything and the tracks that emptied nobody's dancefloor.

The party runs from 10:00pm on Saturday 29 August 2026 through to 3:00am, a five-hour set with Sydney DJs playing nothing but Bollywood and handpicked vendors on site. Entry is via the Wheat Road balcony, Level 1, Cockle Bay Wharf, Darling Harbour, Sydney NSW 2000. The dress code is Y2K - come in your best 2000s fit.

Entry is strictly limited to ages 18 to 35 and valid ID is required at the door: passport, driver's licence or photo card are accepted, and management reserves the right to refuse entry if the policy is not met. Tickets are tiered from $27.49 to $34.99 on Eventbrite, with sales closing at 10:00pm on the night.
