About This Event
An interactive cooking workshop where participants learn to prepare authentic butter chicken with fragrant rice.
Attendees are guided through balancing traditional spices, building a rich, creamy tomato-based sauce from scratch and cooking tender, flavour-filled chicken. The session mixes cultural insight with practical technique and finishes with everyone sitting down to eat together.
Run by the City of Tea Tree Gully as part of its Culture in the Kitchen program. Two hours, in person.
