About This Event
Spring is nature's own detox season — and in Ayurveda, it's not a trend, it's a tradition thousands of years old. As the seasons shift, so does your body, and this is the moment to gently clear what winter left behind and step into the year lighter, clearer and more energised.
Join us for a hands-on, two-hour experience with our in-house Ayurvedic doctor, Aman Dhillon, as he shares the seasonal detox rituals and recipes Ayurveda has trusted for generations — practical, plant-powered tools you can start using the very same day. Over two interactive hours, Aman will guide you through the 'why' and the 'how' of an Ayurvedic spring detox, demonstrating recipes and rituals live so you can see, smell and taste the process, not just hear about it.
You'll explore how spring affects your dosha (your unique Ayurvedic mind-body type), and why this season in particular calls for a gentle clearing out. Aman will demonstrate seasonal detox recipes using herbs, spices and simple pantry staples, walking through the reasoning behind each ingredient the Ayurvedic way. You'll also learn simple daily rituals — from tongue scraping to warm oil self-massage (abhyanga) — that are easy to build into a modern morning routine, plus how to use herbs and spices at home to support digestion, energy and mental clarity as the seasons turn. Every recipe and ritual demonstrated is one you can recreate at home. Dr Aman Dhillon is the Ayurvedic doctor at The H Dispensary, the largest herbal and homeopathic dispensary in the Southern Hemisphere, trusted by the community for 38 years.
