About This Event
The Canberra Malayalees Association presents Aaravam 2026, its grand celebration of Kerala's harvest festival, Onam. The full-day programme opens with a traditional Onasadya feast (11:00am–2:00pm), followed by Onam games (2:00–4:00pm), a Thiruvathira dance performance (5:30pm) and a live stage show from 6:00pm.
The evening's musical show features artists including Mridula Varier, Pradeep Babu, Rafeeq Rahman and Sruthi Lakshmi. It is a ticketed, family-friendly community event running through the day into the evening.
