About This Event
The Asian Business Association of Wyndham (ABAW), in collaboration with Bongosathi - The Bengali Cultural Association Inc. and TogetherVsmile, presents a multicultural festival celebrating the traditions of Diwali and the Moon Festival through food, culture, entertainment, business and community engagement.
The programme spans two days (Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 October, 3pm-10pm each day) and covers a Diwali celebration and a Moon Festival, live cultural performances, music and dance, multicultural food stalls, market stalls, family entertainment, children's activities and a community showcase. Entry is free.
The organisers describe the event's purpose as "Uniting Communities Through Culture, Diversity and Celebration", and are still welcoming sponsors, food stalls, market stalls and volunteers. Enquiries go to Dr Rabindra Nath Shaw and Ritu Sharma on 0478 173 534 / 0422 554 061.
