Yesterday, I bought a biscuit from this shop, but unfortunately, it was expired. Within 5 minutes, I went back to the shop and informed them, but the shop person told me they can’t refund it because of their policy, which is unfair

What a shame!
Bought this Sonf from Holly(so called) shop,felt a taste bit different..because it was expired. Can't read without specs, thats why couldn't see while buying..
Why all these Desi stores don't discard expired items?
That's totally unfair. Most of products you guys sell are Expired

Modest price. Friendly owner. Good stock.
Sometime items exist with expiered dates but such cases are very very few.

Quality ethnic produce from India and Bangladesh. Meat, fish, masala and many grocery items are reasonably low priced, lot of varieties are available to choose from. Moderately crowded, plenty of car parking. Balaram and his family is very friendly. Customer service pretty good!
