Absolutely disgraceful experience. I bought a wooden rolling pin from this shop, and on the very first use, the paint started peeling off and tiny wood splinters were coming out—completely unsafe and pathetic quality. When I returned to complain and ask for a refund or exchange, the staff flat-out refused to take any responsibility. They were extremely rude, dismissive, and treated me with zero respect. The customer service was appalling—unprofessional, arrogant, and downright disgusting. This place clearly doesn’t care about its customers or the junk they’re selling. I strongly advise others to stay away from this dodgy business.
