Sri Venkateswara Temple at Helensburgh opens its Navarathri Utsavam on Sunday 11 October 2026 with Lalitha Sahasranama Archana for Sri Tirupurasundari at 5:00 pm.
The temple's Navaratri programme continues across the following week with distinct rites on separate days: Durga Homam and Durgambigai Trisathi Homam on Sunday 18 October, Saraswathi Pooja with Akshrabyasam on Monday 19 October, and Vijayadasami with Vidyarambham on Tuesday 20 October.
SVT Helensburgh is one of the largest Hindu temples in the southern hemisphere. The temple and canteen are open 8am to 7pm without a break on festival days, weekends and public holidays.
