About This Event
The Melton Malayali Association celebrates Onam 2026 at Bacchus Marsh Public Hall on Saturday 29 August 2026, with doors from 10:00am. The association's invitation describes a day of vibrant cultural performances, a traditional Onam Sadhya, music, dance and family activities, and says everyone in the community is warmly welcome.
Tickets are sold through Book A Ticket. Adults aged 18 and over are $35.00 plus a $1.25 booking fee, children aged 6 to 17 are $25.00 plus an $0.88 booking fee, and children under 6 are free. Around a thousand seats were released in each of the adult and child tiers, so availability should not be a problem at time of listing.
The venue is Bacchus Marsh Public Hall on Main Street, Bacchus Marsh VIC 3340, roughly 50km west of central Melbourne. The association held its 2025 Onam celebration at the same hall.
Note that the association's own blurb writes the date as 'Friday, 29th August 2026'; 29 August 2026 is in fact a Saturday, and the ticketing platform's own header confirms the event sits on Saturday 29 August.
