BAV is a community organisation of Indian Bengalis who have migrated to Victoria, Australia. It preserves Bengali culture by organising festivals such as Durga Puja, Kali Puja, Saraswati Puja, Mahalaya and Borsho Boron, and by running other Bengali cultural programs.
