A joyful interfaith Holi celebration

Hindus for Human Rights, Australia invites the community to its inaugural interfaith Holi celebration, Mosaic 2026 in Melbourne. Inspired by the many colours, rituals and meanings of Holi in India, this event brings people together in a spirit of celebration, connection and inclusivity.

What to expect

Attendees can look forward to an uplifting afternoon filled with the energy and warmth that make Holi so beloved:

  • Holi-themed performances
  • Music and artistic presentations
  • A light-hearted interfaith banter on navigating friendships and celebrations across faiths
  • Poetry capturing the spirit and feeling of Holi
  • Indian sweets and savouries
  • A splash of eco-friendly, skin-friendly colour to complete the Holi experience
